THE WONDERFUL HEART OF FLESH
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.Ezekiel 36:26
The Lord puts a new heart within us when He saves us. This wonderful new heart moves within us: we love deeply. We feel deeply. Finally, we are moved by God instead of just going through the motions of "being a Christian." Indeed, with this wonderful heart of flesh we love what God loves and we hate what God hates. We will sometimes be a spectacle, standing up for that which is unpopular--but we love it. God controls our hearts and we are His.
Today, make sure you have this new heart from God. It's real... and really wonderful!
