HE LOVED ME
Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee,
behold, thy time was the time of love and I spread my skirt over thee, and
covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with
thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.
Ezekiel16:8
While Satan was
trying to destroy me and rob me of peace…He loved me. In the midst of the belittling, the barrage
of accusations, the slander and the hatred… He loved me. He covered my nakedness and gave me beauty
for ashes. And in the place of my pain,
He gave me joy unspeakable and full of glory. He said, “You are mine!” He
loved me.
Today, let us remember the time of love… and know that
nothing is able to separate us from the love of God.
